To build that relationship, we launched their Facebook community with an always-on strategy featuring content pillars that highlighted the honest realities of parenthood. Life with kids isn't always easy or perfect, but it can be fun.
Our content was well received by moms, who would routinely tag their friends in the comments. The community grew to over a quarter million parents in three short months. And the work was shortlisted for the Facebook Studio Awards.
We focused on the core of the problem to help parents fight illness. Each post featured a germ-passing culprit who might get their kids sick.
